In the first of a series of workshops, FIBEP held a social media workshop in Brussels. The event was attended by more than 50 people representing a broad segment of FIBEP's membership. Notable speakers including Katie Delahaye Paine, CEO of KD Paine and Partners, Yann Blandy, CEO of Cision Europe and Giles Palmer, CEO of Brandwatch took part in the discussions that focused on best practice in social media monitoring, analysis and engagement.
